For nearly 30 years, our Santa Express Central team has been bringing Christmas magic to families, businesses, community celebrations, corporate events, and special holiday experiences throughout Texas.

And it takes more than Santa to make the magic happen!

Whether you have years of Christmas character experience or you're interested in joining the holiday magic for the first time, we would love to hear from you.

🎄Santas, Mrs. Clauses & Holiday Characters

We are always looking for wonderful real-bearded Santas, Mrs. Claus characters, elves, and holiday characters to join the Santa Express Central family.

Experience is preferred, but it isn't always required. For those interested in becoming Santa, we also offer our Santa in Training Program to help the right individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to create a truly magical Santa experience.

Our Christmas characters are more than costumes. They are the heart of the experience.

You should be comfortable engaging with children and adults, staying in character, creating conversation, posing for photographs, and helping each guest feel that their visit is something special.

Seasonal opportunities may include daytime, evening and weekend events, as well as Christmas Eve.

Above all, we're looking for people who understand that the smallest interaction can become someone's favorite Christmas memory.

🧝 Join Santa’s Support Team

Not ready to wear the red suit? **Santa needs a great team behind him, too!**

Each Christmas season, we hire dependable seasonal team members to help with our Santa photo experiences and special events.

Opportunities include **camera operators, photography assistants, greeters, elves, line assistants, mascot characters, and event support team members.**

No photography experience? That's okay! **Training is provided for many of our camera and event-support positions.**

We are looking for team members who:

• Enjoy working with children, families, and the public

• Are dependable and arrive on time

• Have a friendly, professional attitude

• Work well as part of a team

• Are comfortable in busy event environments

• Have reliable transportation

• Are available primarily evenings and weekends during the holiday season

And, of course...It always helps to love Christmas and Santa! 🎅

Flexible seasonal schedules are available, with most opportunities running from November through December 24, 2026.

📦 Seasonal Operations & Logistics Team

Gruene, Texas | November–December 2026

Some of the most important Christmas magic happens behind the scenes.

Our seasonal Operations & Logistics Team helps make sure our Cowboy Kringle and holiday photo experiences are set up, organized, safe, and ready for guests.

Responsibilities may include:

• Setting up and breaking down event equipment

• Assisting with cameras, computers, electronics, and photo equipment

• Preparing the event space before opening

• Managing equipment and company property

• Helping keep daily operations organized and running smoothly

• Assisting the team with logistical needs throughout the event

We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who are organized, professional, comfortable with physical work, and able to lift and move event equipment.

Experience in **event operations, logistics, production, photography equipment, or technical setup** is a plus, but reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important.
